What to include

• Something is not syncing

  Tell us which source or destination, roughly when it started, and the teamspace name. That is usually enough to find it without asking you for anything else.

• A question before you sign up

  Whether your tools are supported, what a connection actually requires, whether the identity matching will do what you need. Ask before spending an afternoon on it.

• Security or privacy

  Vulnerability reports, data-protection questions, or a request to delete data. These are read first.

• An agreement you need signed

  We do not publish a standard DPA yet. If procurement needs paperwork, say what you need and we will deal with it directly.
