Customer Spine

Terms of Service

Customer Spine, operated by BlockSurvey Inc

Draft — not yet legally reviewed. This is written in plain language to describe what the product actually does today. It has not been checked by a lawyer and is not a substitute for one. If you need a signed agreement before connecting data, get in touch and we will handle it directly rather than pointing you at this page.

1. What you are agreeing to

By creating a teamspace you agree to these terms. If you are doing so for a company, you are confirming you may bind that company.

2. Your data stays yours

You keep every right in the data you connect. We store and process it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, share it outside the subprocessors we publish, or use it to train models.

3. What you are responsible for

4. Billing

Current prices and what counts toward them are on the pricing page. Billing is monthly with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies to you.

5. What we commit to

We will run the service with reasonable care and tell you promptly if your data is exposed. We do not currently publish an uptime SLA, and you should not treat Customer Spine as a system of record for anything you cannot reproduce from its original source. The raw payloads we keep are there to make that reproduction possible.

6. Ending it

You can cancel whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is not paying, or that is using the service to break the law or to damage the service for others — and we will tell you why. You can export your data during your final billing period, after which it is deleted.

7. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

To be confirmed. Rather than name a jurisdiction we have not settled, this clause is left open deliberately — if you need it fixed before signing anything, email contact@customerspine.com and we will agree it with you directly.
