What counts as a tracked profile?

A tracked profile is one person we saw in a calendar month — created or updated by any connected source. Profiles that sit untouched are stored and searchable but are not counted again.

What happens if I go over the included profiles?

Nothing breaks and nothing stops syncing. Past 25,000 profiles in a month you are billed $10 per additional 10,000, charged on the month it happens.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The 14-day trial needs an email address and nothing else. We ask for payment details when you decide to keep it.

Is there a contract?

No. It is billed monthly and you can cancel from the app. There is no annual commitment and no minimum term.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can export your profiles and their source records before you go, and the export is available for the whole of your final billing period.

Is storage really included?

Yes. We host the store your raw events and profiles live in, so there is no warehouse to buy and no separate storage line on the invoice.
